Project Compliance & Implementation Principles

  • Compliance Bottom Line: No charges for full-time enrolled students, no tuition sharing, no heavy-capital hardware investment; not involved in student recruitment, student status or final degree review, university retains full school-running sovereignty.
  • Acceptance Principle: Reject conceptual cooperation. All cooperation value shall be based on archivable, verifiable and accountable materialized deliverables; meetings and lectures are not counted as accepted deliverables.

Project Positioning|Solving Four Core Weaknesses

University-enterprise joint construction of Business Risk Joint Research Center, focusing on new liberal arts construction for business majors and industry-education integration implementation, to solve four major existing weaknesses of universities:

  • Curriculum theory lags behind industrial practice; insufficient delivery of real business logic in classrooms;
  • University-enterprise cooperation remains superficial on plaques and lectures; industrial experts are not deeply involved in teaching materials and assessment system development;
  • Assessments focus on theoretical memorization, lacking evaluation framework for risk judgment and practical decision-making;
  • Ample process documents for education reform, but few solid deliverables such as industry reports, training tools and intellectual property.

Cooperation Model: University delivers core theoretical teaching; the 2nd party fully supplies industrial practical resources and materialized deliverables.

University-enterprise Rights & Obligations

Party A (University)

  • Grant plaque & establish center, provide venue and internal coordinator
  • Retain full authority over teaching, school operation and final admission review
  • Arrange teaching schedule and phase acceptance
  • Pay service fees per agreement, share co-built achievements and intellectual property

Party B (Rongzhi Cultural Tourism Industry Research Institute)

  • Assign frontline risk control experts, co-build talent training scheme, question bank and training system
  • Deliver industrial expert lectures, practical assessment and education reform review
  • Deliver full set of industrial research outputs and training tools annually
  • Jointly apply for intellectual property; provide materials for project application
  • Introduce social projects to support teaching without interfering university's final teaching review

Four Core Construction Modules (Actual Deliverables)

Co-Development of Talent Training Documents & Teaching Materials

2-3 frontline risk control managers every year to iterate talent training plans, course outlines and practical handouts; convert real risk control, business measurement and risk deduction cases, updated each semester. Deliverables: revised plans, outlines, case collections, iteration documents.

Supplementary Industrial Practitioner Faculty

Assign practicing specialists in risk control, internal audit and business judgment to deliver advanced practical training and project seminars, filling the shortage of dual-qualified teachers.

Closed-loop Practical Training & Assessment System

Build archivable closed-loop: Question bank design → on-site assessment → education reform review. Industrial experts set questions, define practical scoring criteria, conduct on-site evaluation and issue annual training review reports; all documents archived at university.

Annual Materialized Deliverables (Mandatory KPIs)

① Industrial outputs: 1 annual business risk whitepaper, 4-6 in-depth industry reports, risk case collection, industrial observation articles; ② Teaching assets: operable risk control training tool library; ③ IP: joint application of software copyright / copyright for teaching tools & case library; ④ Application materials: continuous supply of supporting documents for new liberal arts & industry-education integration projects.
