Core Project Positioning

This project is a secondary college institutional program jointly developed by overseas public universities and domestic public universities under the domestic university’s legal entity. It is not a short-term exchange, curriculum upgrade or simple training program; it delivers full-scale secondary college institutional construction services.

In response to state-owned capital supervision constraints for overseas public / state universities (cross-border investment in school-running prohibited, public assets cannot flow across borders, independent in-school educational entity establishment is forbidden), we provide third-party general contracting intellectual services at institutional level.
